Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY BOOKINGS

Here at Ready2Valet we have worked hard on building our reputation and building our brand to be known as a good trustworthy mobile valeting and detailing company, and we would like everybody to respect all staff, property and polices within the business.

 

Ready2Valet are based in Ealing and offer a mobile valeting and detailing service across London this means we come to you whether that is at your home address or place of work etc. We come to you with our fully equipped vans with power supply and the finest pure water in the region known as spotless water. If you have power supply for us to use this is also ok as our generators can be loud for morning bookings
(this is optional).

Due to insurance purposes we cannot work in a public car park and as well as staff and vehicle safety Ready2Valet will not commence any work on any vehicle which is parked on the main road, busy road or somewhere with inadequate spacing to work. If your location, you wish for the work to be carried out on has any of the above issues please contact us first and we will try our best to arrange something suitable.

Depending on the value of the booking our higher priced packages we have will require a 20% deposit to secure our time not being wasted, bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received this will be transferred via bank transfer to Ready2Valet limited our business account. We offer a transferrable deposit if you reschedule your booking 72 hours prior to the work being carried out, if you fail to notify us within this time period we will not be able to refund your deposit. Also you will be given a full refund if ourselves Ready2Valet has to rearrange or cancel your booking for unfortunate circumstances we may occur.

If your vehicle condition is heavily soiled with pet hair, mud, mould, blood or any form of bodily fluid we please ask you to make us aware of this prior to the booking or additional charges will apply. This will help allow adequate timing for the job and ensuring you are not met with any unexpected charges. We advise if you find yourself having any of the above mentioned to send us a few pictures beforehand so a fair estimate can be provided. If you haven’t followed the instructions the price will be negotiated on the day before any work is undertaken.

Maintenance Scheme

Here at Ready2Valet we only offer our maintenance scheme to loyal returning customers who have undergone a full valet or deep clean package that have decided to continue. We do this because we take all the necessary steps and correct methods for preparing the vehicle for maintenance, which can then be progressed onto a maintenance plan either fortnightly or monthly, anything above four weeks is NOT maintenance, this is because it will be a harder for us to bring it back to that deep clean result that it had prior to the maintenance every visit.

If your vehicle has experienced any heavy soiling between visits we kindly advise that you inform us prior to our next agreed visit as we may need to allow additional time spent on your vehicle. This will help us not be late for other clients and maintain our reliable trustworthy title.
